This spacious and luxurious lodge makes the perfect holiday accommodation. Located in the heart of Retallack Resort, which was voted in the top 20 places to stay in Cornwall by The Times. The lodge offers a unique holiday experience that can be enjoyed by everyone.
On the ground floor the room stretches along the whole front of the lodge making room for a modern kitchen and dining area as well as a spacious living area. The expansive front windows allow natural light to pour into this area and feature a sliding door. This opens to reveal the beautiful, decked garden that contains a table and chairs making it perfect for al fresco dining on those sunny evenings. Towards the back end of the ground floor there are two bedrooms that feature super-king size beds, which can both be converted into twin beds, if necessary (via a zip & link system).
Up the stairs you’ll find yourself walking into a breath-taking living area featuring a huge window which makes the perfect place to watch the sun rise and set over the resort. There’s also a log burner so that you can wrap and warm and enjoy the same experience throughout the wintery months. As well as this you’ll find a generous bedroom featuring another super-king bed (that can also be separated into twin beds), an additional bedroom with a standard double bed and a large, modern shower room.
Retallack offers a huge range of activities guests can enjoy whilst staying that are included in the price. These include a luxurious indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, spacious fitness suite and children’s outdoor play area. On top of this, for those who are looking to take their holiday to the next level Retallack also offers even more on-site activities, for an additional cost, that include an aqua park, wakeboarding lake, an artificial wave machine, and a carp fishing pond. There is also a restaurant on-site, that provides an excellent space to relax and watch over the wave machine. The site was also voted in the top 20 best places to stay in Cornwall by The Times.
A short, fifteen minutes, drive away is Padstow; a picturesque harbour town, that’s winding streets hide a plentiful number of pleasant surprises. This bustling town offers a vast variety of food from Rick Stein’s fine dining restaurants to fresh homemade pasties. If you’re feeling adventurous you could catch a sea life safari from the harbour or enjoy scenic views of the estuary cycling to Wadebridge for lunch along the flat Camel Trial.
The site is also only a ten minutes’ drive away from Wadebridge, an old market town. Here you’ll find a great range of supermarkets to stock up for your holiday. The town also offers a variety of pubs, restaurants, and cafes that overlook the river, Camel. You’ll also find a great array of takeaway food, from woodfire pizza to fish and chips.

Sleeping 8 people in total. The ground floor includes a sociable open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge area. Down the hall there are two bedrooms, both with zip and link beds which can be either doubles or twin beds (the standard set up is one of each if no request is made), and a family bathroom with twin basins, bath and separate shower enclosure.
On the first floor there is a second cosy lounge with a log burner and a lovely view over the countryside. There are two further bedrooms, both with the ability to be set up as twin beds or large king size double rooms (the standard set up is one of each if no request is made), there is a shower room between the two bedrooms upstairs.

There is parking for two cars adjacent to the property and further parking on site if needed.
