Introduction
Sunshine Cottage is a super holiday home with private gardens to the front and rear meaning, as the name suggests, you can enjoy the sunshine at any time of the day!
Set in a peaceful cul-de-sac within the Sarahs View estate, this holiday home is within a fifteen minute walk of the town centre and harbour. Internally the cottage offers comfortable accommodation for four guests in two bedrooms together with a crisp white shower room. The kitchen is great for those who enjoy cooking with a three quarter range cooker and dining area for four people, or if you want a break from the food prep, there are a multitude of top class restaurants on your doorstep!

Padstow sits at the mouth of The Camel Estuary, a wide tidal river valley which historically provided shelter for the fishing fleets that sailed out of its harbour. Nowadays this stretch of water is mainly used by water sports enthusiasts, with sailing clubs, SUP riders and Kayakers all enjoying the waterway and the beaches that surround it. The Southwest Coast Path leads south from Padstow along the cliffs, a perfect way to enjoy the dramatic coastline on foot, whatever the weather. If you are looking for a less challenging stroll, the Camel Trail follows the estuary towards Wadebridge, hire bikes and enjoy it on two wheels, or wander along enjoying the coves and inlets along the way
Once you have worked up an appetite, the town has a long list of places to quiet the rumbling tum. As well as several famed fine dining offerings, there are options for every palette, and let’s be honest, it wouldn’t be a seaside holiday at all without fish and chips on the harbour. Numerous foodie events throughout the year bring the town alive with celebrated chefs, don’t be surprised who you might bump into in one of the towns many watering holes!

Layout
The front door opens to the porch giving access to the cosy sitting room. With an open staircase leading to the first floor, two sets of electric recliner sofas, smart TV with SKY. Through a door to the kitchen and dining room, the well equipped kitchen includes with Cookmaster dual range electric oven and gas hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dining table with four chairs and a door to the garden.
Upstairs to the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, sharing a modern shower room with basin, wc and heated towel rail.
Outside there are two sheltered gardens, front and back so you can chase the sunshine. With areas of patio and lawn, outside furniture and a raised decking.
Parking
There is allocated parking for two cars with the property.
Access
From the tarmac parking area there are a few steps up to a pathway and about 50m to the entrance. Living areas on the ground floor are level, one full flight of steps up to the bedrooms and shower room, again level on the first floor. The gardens are mostly level, with one raised area of decking with steps up.
Refundable security deposit
A refundable security deposit of £250 will be taken prior to your stay.

Please do not charge electric vehicles via the electricity supply at Sunshine Cottage.
