Harlyn is a stunning bay on the North Cornish coastline within the heart of an area of outstanding natural beauty. Adored for its gorgeous stretch of golden sand and surrounded by rugged coastline, Harlyn serves as an amazing base for exploring the North Cornish coast with stunning walks via Trevone Bay to Padstow, or towards Mother Ivey’s and the headland at Trevose.
Harlyn is famed for its gentle breakers, which offer the perfect opportunity of learning to surf, as well as providing ever changing scenery as you soak up the sun on the beach. Harlyn Surf School offers an action-packed experience with not just surf lessons but kayaking, paddle boarding and coasteering. For golfers, Harlyn is situated just two miles from the championship Trevose Golf & Country Club, a prestigious club offering three courses suitable for golfers of all standards, with a breath-taking backdrop over the coast.
Head to the café on the beach where you can grab a coffee or juice and stroll across the sand. Nestled at the top of the hamlet, and within a short walk from the apartment, is The Pig Hotel & Restaurant which offers a superb dining experience within the beautiful Harlyn House. The village of St Merryn is just a mile away and is home to Rick Stein’s pub The Cornish Arms, amongst other lovely spots to eat and drink.
Just five miles away is the striking harbour town of Padstow which offers stunning scenery as well as an incredible array of restaurants and wine bars, not to mention galleries featuring works from world-renowned artists. You can easily while the hours away wandering the winding streets, or people watching around the harbour with a glass of something fizzy in hand.
Come on in, drop your bags and head to the beach. Everything about the interior at 12a is designed for easy coastal living. Enter the open plan kitchen, dining and living area which creates a welcoming and sociable space, gorgeously lit by natural light flooding in through the large balcony doors. The beautifully appointed kitchen features a large island in lagoon blue, echoing the tones of the sea and sky outside.
To the first floor are the two bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes; the master has a king-sized bed which can be split into two singles if required. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds. The master has the luxurious addition of an en-suite shower room, and there is a family bathroom with bath.
13 Karrek enjoys two south facing balconies, one from the master bedroom on the second floor, and one from the lounge with outdoor seating where you can relax in the sun.
There is allocated parking space for one car within the Karrek development.
The parking space is approximately 20 yards from the communal entrance. Once inside there are 20 steps, or a lift, to the first floor where the entrance to the apartment is found.
Dogs are not permitted in 13 Karrek.
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of £250 will be taken prior to your stay.
Check-in & Availability
Check in is from 17:00. On departure, please vacate by 10:00.
